Student Cancellations
Students must give at least *48 hours' notice* to cancel or rearrange a lesson.
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.
Instructor Delays
If your instructor is late:
- Up to 15 minutes late: The instructor will make up the lost time by extending the lesson.
- More than 15 minutes late: The instructor will make up the lost time and the student will also receive *30 minutes of free tuition*.
- 30–60 minutes late: The instructor will make up the lost time and the student will receive *1 hour of free tuition*.
Communication
Any lesson changes or cancellations should be discussed directly with your instructor as soon as possible.
